CLUB WARWICKSHIRE STRUCTURE

EXECUTIVE

This is made up of representatives of each of the Sub-Committees under the chairmanship of the Chair of Club Warwickshire (Don Robbins) who will be elected annually. Other members will include the County Secretary and Treasurer, Referees Society, RRDM or RDO.

• To set targets for each sub committee.

• Set realistic budgets against the targets set.

• Where and when appropriate, bring other partners and agencies together to ensure effective delivery of WRFU Rugby Development Strategy.

• To receive reports from the Sub-Committees on the implementation of the plan against budget.

• Keep clubs and media fully informed of County Representative Squads activities, results etc (Team Warwickshire Newsletter/website)

• Define at the start of each season kit requirements, coaching strategies, approval of selection policies and procedures and agree funding for coaching sessions etc.
